Enterprise High School Auxiliary is Amazing

and so it began.....Jan 2013,  Gracie has been taking dance classes in Pensacola, Virginia Beach, and then one or two a week at Center Stage in Enterprise but this year she made the Competition Dance Team and dance became an everyday ritual.

Crystal Sizemore is the owner and artistic director and she is very laid back and positive with the dancers, the website is  http://centerstagedanceal.com/

It's always great to be part of a team!

After an non-stop amazing competition year, Gracie wanted to try out for the Auxiliary program at Enterprise High School.  Here she is practicing flag in our back yard.

Practice Makes Perfect
Auxiliary Camp 2013

Gracie was thrilled when she made Danceline and our lives began to revolve around Friday nights and all those after school practices.  Watching your dancer perform at the Christmas recital or even at the competition events is exciting but watching her perform with the entire band is on another level! The team work is exceptional and the choreography is so intricate; there is nothing like a band performance!
She worked really hard and there were many times in 10th grade when Gracie came home at 6:00pm, ate, and did homework until 10:00pm.  I was truly impressed with Gracie's dedication to Auxiliary and in awe of the energy she maintained during the season.

Growling like Wildcats

2014 was the first time Gracie was injured.  She pulled her hamstring and couldn't practice or fully do the kickline during half time for quite a few weeks; it was really sad for her.  What I realize about my daughter is that she loves to be a part of the team and it pains her to have to watch from the side!

2015
This is the last year my daughter will be dancing and twirling a flag and I am loving each second of watching her perform.
This picture was taken at the Downtown Pep Rally where Enterprise High School http://enterprise.al.ech.schoolinsites.com/ and the City of Enterprise close off the streets on Thursday before the first home game!

Here they are getting ready for the half time show.
